we all know that Saddam's invasion of Kuwait in 1990 was supposedly because Kuwait was slant-drilling into Iraqi oil fields, stealing Iraqi oil. Bush senior defended Kuwait.

In August, a delegation from Bush junior's new Iraqi regime went to Kuwait to complain about the Kuwaitis slant-drilling into Iraq and stealing Iraqi oil.
