You are saying the same thing as I am. In different words. The Royalties are not netted out of Revenues nor relevant to the declaration of Revenue! In fact, Royalties are in no way related to any "Time Function" except when Paid or transfered to the Inventors. Agreed? Put another way, the Shipping, Receipt, nor Payment to GERS; or even Production Notices by Ethanol Companies has anything to do with whatever form of reimbursement GERS and the Inventors agree to! Nor which Quarter they are charged to (or postponed to) or paid in cash, or Shekels (to use a term favored by my Good Friend on the other side of the Aisle!) That about sum it up? I have never said "This is the Disparity"! I have said it was likely that the difference between "Production Figures" and Revenue, as well as other categories of Accounting Reports,would cause Disparities. I still believe that.
