Bob Underhill - GTGP will not own the assets of MSE if it is acquired.

AT the moment, a private company, GTHI, is the one that is contracted to purchase MSE.

Although GTGP has announced a dividend of GTHI to GTGP stocholders BEFORE the acquisition, it has not occurred and will not occur since FINRA has to approve this dividend and will never do it until GTGP has beome current on its 7 years worth of financials that have not been filed with the SEC.

In addition, it is not clear as to who owns GTHI at the moment.

Could it be that the CEO of GTGP and his wife are the ones that personally own GTHI at the moment?

GTGP has not been clear on the ownership of GTHI/.

and P.S., the MSE acquisition has not closed, will not close by tomorrow, will not close by Oct 31st or by Dec. 31st, if ever.

Anyone know if/when this acquisition takes place - if we share holders now own the MSE company and all it's assets ?
