Yes it is maxed out and yes if this was just a penny stock I would worry, but it's not and it is cash flow positive and it can sustain it's self so not so worried.

But a RS does not worry me in this stock either because of it's cash position and business model.

What worries me is the subtle lies you are spreading and I don't say that lightly either, I mean no disrespect to any one that deserves it, I just don't like your approach to making money off of other people by saying things like not pr Monday when you have no idea or proof of it yet.

Come on Ike, you've elevated poor ol chambers to a life changing pumper, give me a date for the R/S. Just one date to show us that you really know your shite. All you do is talk in innuendo and fail at every jucture to provide one fact to back up your claim. I own 6.3M shares here, is this part of the max.Owner of the company buys the remaining shares and as an astute businessman he will now sell at a substanstial loss. Makes great sense to me. And just to be sure, he has run the company with no debt, owns the majority, has reveneues monthly, files on time and has increased my position a bizzilion percent and is now going to devalue the entire company just so you can say I told you so and I will lose all my money. This is better than the three Stoogies. Excuse me, he took preferreds inlieu of debt, converted said shares and wants to go broke to fulfill your wishs. Gooooood Plan
