Bob, re: Frontline NSCLC CTL-ARM MOS – yes, our trial is out to 14-15 months now (based on 9-8-11 enroll. comp date), so one would assume the P+C/Alone Ctl-Arm has been reached, since P+C/alone historically runs 9-11 months in prior trials.
BUT the caveat and big unknown about the Ctl-Arm is the abnormally high ORR & PFS numbers reported 3-9-12 ( http://tinyurl.com/7m9r6ya ) for the Ctl-Arm - will those spill over to “abnormally high” MOS numbers as well for P+C/Alone? Oe, will Bavi’s immunosuppressive talents kick in in this Frontline trial and blow away the CTL, like (obviously) did in 2nd-Line (Gerber/Sept7)? Time will tell. Finger’s X’d.
