The thing that is resting in the back of my mind, (I use Helca as a benchmark - old school, long history) is what should I expect as a practical PPS valuation?

I refuse to get overly excited. But, on the other hand, I believe in the future potential.

Keep your eye on the long term target. Especially when you have "Wacky Bernake" at the helm of the FED.

Does anyone thing the price of gold will depreciate based upon the current state of things?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this as well, mjp.(I'd love to see between $10 to $15 a share by the Holidays, just on hype alone) The PPS is holding quite steady in the .30 to .50 range so far post split, despite its volatile swings. I hope it stabalizes very soon and we start to see dollar range gains more regularly.(And before we know it, I hope $10 to $15 is considered chicken feed come 2013)
