Norkel- no matter the size of the r/s shareholders money stays the same post split with less shares.every split is different and should be looked at individually based on the company.

Show me how a company that made millions and millions of dollars in it's first 10months of existence is not worthwhile of investing in. Not to mention the extremely fast pace RadioLoyalty is growing at

Hill own's 90%....he's going to complete a R/S...followed by massive dilution....in order to;

A) Reduce his ownership percentage?
B) Reduce the net worth of his shares?
c) "Wipe all out"?
