You better get a grip Litch because you are about to experience an eye opening R/S experience. I suggest you look at case histories and more examples of r/S's. You are is oz and i'll wager I am closer by a long shot than your prediction.

Lichty, the A/S will be adjusted to maybe 1 billion, or even be kept at 5 billion. The R/S does not necessarily reduce the authorized. Now it would behoove management not to destroy the share structure again so carelessly. Otherwise this company will be known as a 'Repeat Reverse Split Offender', like a few others I knew. Like Raven Moon Entertainment. I think they once went 47 days between R/S - that I believe is the record best as I can recall. I think an R/S is in the bag over here.
