I guess he never watched the movie "THE JERK" with Steve Martin. I believe it was his joke about the "Pizza-in-a-cup" that started the whole crazy idea. Any google will show Canada has had Pizza Cones up there for years. It ain't exactly some new-fangled idea!
And plenty of pizza cone machines out there too - just check out Google images for pizza cone machines. Although there were a couple of them that had a problem.
