it is not only the most likely scenario, it is the only one supported by fact, instead of conjecture.

fact - dsti and slmu announced there will be a tender.
fact - all sh's will be allowed to tender shares - and "AT LEAST" 50.1% is needed for the tender to be approved.

yes, there is obvious desperation coming from the shorts.
