This was a "Pull-Down".

> The stock was "Pulled-Down",
into the June/July period,
to the price level that the VC's wanted to "Buy" the stock,
during a time of the year when New "Runs" begin.
The other time is Jan/Feb.

> The stock was then Loaded-Up by the VC's at the Lows,
at the 0.002 price level during Jun/July/Aug.

> The stock was now primed for the "Planned-Run",
and was ready for an appointed campaign to "Promote" it,
and get the attention of "Retail".

> The stock then climbed from the 0.002 level,
on the heels of the "promotion",
to the High of 0.014,
close to a 7-fold move !

> The VC's got out as the stock was climbing toward 0.014,
as everyone should have done,
who was able to pick-up the shares at the 0.002 level. !
