Perfect testing signal IMO also
I am not sure what you are using for the testing signal but I think that today was still a good indication that it is working. Yes, the Korean missile launch I am sure had a lot to do with it. Interesting that the INDU settled right down to previous support at 7725. To me that was an indication that the Support might Hold. The confirmation really wasn't until we held support back above 7800 though IMO. Looks as though the markets are struggling a bit this morning again. Overnight Futures topped near 842 and then retraced to 830 Support, near the 5 day 50SMA. Resistance has come back in near 837 though, near the 100/320SMA. The markets might not be able to make it back above the 100/320SMA and if it continues to be Resistance today might see us retracing to the Lows again, maybe. We will just have to watch and see if the Support or the Resistance will Win. Watching for a Breakout of 840 that holds Support or a Breakdown of 830 that becomes Resistance.
