By my count the first 6 months on the OS plot has 8 LTFUs total for the combined Bavi arms and 1 on the control arm.

I confirm your number by looking at the KM OS closely. Of those 8 LTFUs, 6 came from 3mg arm, 2 from 1mg arm. If you use the number of patients at risk at 6 months: placebo arm is 18/38=47.4%, 3mg arm 21/39=53.8%, not much difference there, 1mg arm 27/40=67.5%. These numbers shouldn't change even as the data mature.
