Considering, Global IP is footing the bill, they won't go for it since there is no revenue model for doing so. Global IP calls the shots on litigation, not NeoMedia.

Global IP was hired by NeoMedia! Global IP works for NeoMedia at their sole discretion, it is not the other way around!

Global IP could recommend the shot that they would like to call on litigation, however, NeoMedia would have the final say, not Global IP.....Once again Global IP works for NeoMedia, it's not the other way around.
