#15926 RE: revlis #15923

Very nice. Just to let you know how strong this program is... I used to intentionally download adware/viruses by using Limewire and other sites. I knew my actions could/would infect me with malware. But I also knew I could just roll back my machine to a previous snapshot taken earlier.

So I would go to a site, access a file I needed... save it to a flash drive... and then if something malicious occurred -- I would rollback my system to a date prior to the infection. And it's like it never happened.

This also works beautifully for powerful trial-only software. Some programs have deep hidden registry entries that prevent your free trial from extending past 7 days, 30 days, etc. When you roll back to a point in time before installing the free-trial product, you can have extended use for as long as you need. There are many other applications you will discover by using it over time.

For best results, I always recommend people use their main boot hard drive (C:) for all installed programs and system files. And use a secondary hard drive for data files (email storage, Word documents, iTunes library, images, videos, etc.). EAZ-Fix only protects one hard drive, so by having a secondary hard drive for data files, you can roll back to any point in time and not lose your email database, spreadsheets, music collection, etc.)

p.s. AVG was a smart decision!
