so many forces at work here, i hope Megas is getting some good counsel, especially to the point that he can greatly help BCIT's overall value if he will do the right thing and do right to the larger pool of shareholders, per a dividend, etc, etc.
DTCC might just tell the SEC to order the buy-in, as they dont want to be the scapegoat.
