avastin for colorectal and lung did improve survival, as well as renal and GBM..
YOu are referring to the Breast cancer trials.
Most of the ph 2 endpoints were TTP or PFS, which are better endpoints for ph 2, as you don't get dirty crossover data, and the endpoints are more sensitive. i don't trust survival data in a tiny trial
