I can't help you on that one - I'm not familiar with them at all.....

My guess is they went thru Nev. like many crooks, I mean promoters do...so many are incorporated either in Nev. or Delaware because it's easier.....

And out of the country?????????? YUP - Hard to catch them way out there....
