I certainly don't want to start any arguments here. I wasn't in court, and haven't seen any documentation about it.
However, considering what we have been told in the past, versus what actually happened, I wouldn't make any judgments about who won what, and what is the importance of it in the scheme of things, until a print out of the court happenings is available.
Lots of times we've been told that it was all over for Joe, Jeff won such and such, and something else ended up being reality.
For what reason, I have no clue. Truth, one way or the other, comes out in the end.
It would be nice if, these people claiming to know what went down, actually made it public, so all could judge for themselves, their feelings on it.
Then, when facts are made known, we will know if they were spreading truth or not, this time.
