Most penny CEOs are not to business savy AND are very shady people. Most of these types buy a penny shell to make out for them selves due to it does not take to many brain cells to hit a sell button. BUT most make out pretty well printing their own money. Why take a risk on a viable REAL business when he has billions of shares to unload? Pretty sad to say the least how this market works. Should be wiped out if you ask me.
