a lot of these laws in my biz are just known and as easy as it seems some of these laws are really tough because these are laws that people on ihub break everyday! that's why you see a lot of these cats going to jail and having no clue why. its a fine line we walk on
actually i was reading the posts... you are both sort of in the right here...awhile back the ceo of wholefoods was posting on yahoo..the SEC caught on to this and he was in a heap of trouble for it..google it..
My friends I am the CEO of a Canadian corporation and neither myself nor anyone on the management of MSU have or ever had any stocks in CNOZ. In Canada we call this freedom of expression and nobody can stop me or MSU to correct posts that are inaccurate about our company and it's dealings with CNOZ or other business. As long as misguided information is posted on this site about MSU or our agreement with CNOZ we will respond and correct the information.
