This will follow BK rules. That is the law. Keep in mind BK rules/law is contract law. That is what it is. BK rule and the "POR" are main documents along with the approved modified contracts. POR dictates which contract will be enforced and to what extent monetarily. They can reject the contract or claim if there is grounds under BK law but once accepted as a claim the contract remains with modifications.
