i already know the outcome.....
does not mean it was the right outcome for the shareholders
but it is what it is...

i also have very serious issues with this so called reverse merger info that has so interestingly has been leaked out..
i mean a reverse merger takes about 60-90 days to work out,
and the stock and price and o/s are hot topics,just find it hard to believe during this ongoing discussion stage with anyone that
somebody did not realise hey that stock symbol is doing a lot more numbers than possible ..

but that is common sense issues for anyone who knows anything about the due diligence process of reverse merger deals...

c.e.o of active companies look at their symbol every single morning,specially those engaged in a merger or aquistion...
