Arun is no longer with the company is how I read it, he has resigned read the 8K from 08/31. I don't think he stepped off as a director and is still President. I just checked and he doesn't mention it on his FB page either. His FB had his title as President of DUCP.
in yesterday's news it has zero mention of Arun. In fact all it has is the name and contact if IR.
