Well done presentation. However, to get a clear picture into this mess I would ask the SEC looking into it.
But to give the benefit of the doubt: Send your questions directly to the company with copies to the board. Let them know, that if they will not reply to you within 30 days you will forward those questions to the SEC.
If you are a shareholder you have a legitime right to get some information escpecially in a case - hooked up - like this one.
