i have been waiting for this stock to turn around for over a year now.......and Never in this time has this company given a PR in which part of it states,.....
"Terms of the sale include a one-time payment of $7MM. The perpetual license agreement is anticipated to be signed within 60 days, pending the results of a due diligence study by the intended buyer."
All the 10k's have been very pessimistic in their time line as to when ANY kind of income would come in.....and now this comes out.....there is always something that could go wrong, but i dont think they would post this, if it was not already money in the bank.....
the PR came out on the 30th......6 days ago, which means, if everything goes well, they should have money in the bank by November 1st or somewhere around that date........60 days, even if we have no pr's for that time frame...there should be money in the bank in November.........and for a sub penny company to sell something for 7 million, means at sometime soon, weather NOW or 60 days from now, or when they do the end of the year, its going to bounce big time......the question is, do you want to be a part of this and make some money or do you want to just make a small short term profit......the stonger the hands.....the more money We make......
