Mentor is indeed the quiz answer. Their hostile attempt to acquire MRX was regarded by many in the industry as a joke (#msg-9591447).
Concerning the hint in #msg-79194921, Mentor was first mentioned on this board way back in 2003 when they licensed the botulinum-toxin IP from the University of Wisconsin (#msg-1936203).
Although JNJ hasn't yet brought this product to market, it probably will in the next couple of years, which will put considerable pressure on Dysport (as well as Botox). Hence, another reason for MRX to sell out now.
