Do you have a link to show that Fairhills Capital is short 50 million shares of RFMK? Your claim is contrary to how they were reported by the SEC to have operated with the free-trading Rule 504 shares they were issued by the approximately 100 PK companies that did so. They would first buy them at a huge discount to market (usually 50% or more) and begin to dump them on the public market days later. There is no accusation that Fairhills shorted any shares in the SEC complaint. There was no need for them to do so. They just dumped what they bought.

Farhills better cover their 50 million share short position RFMK is ready to head for .01. Sad that theres actually a board for them .
