"Dry Mining"?? Still very puzzled by that. It made no sense in that previous post, and it still makes no sense. Can you explain what dry mining is and how it allows GDSM to avoid the Aquifer Protection Permit process?
At the time Jenkins signed the Davis Dunkirk appraisal report as a "Registered SME Mining Engineer #1594874", he was not a mining engineer, never was, and still isn't. His use of his SME membership number to falsely imply he was a registered engineer is definitely unethical, and possibly a misdemeanor if the AZBOTR determines so.
