So I still think the likely expiration date is 2019 assuming they will get the full 5-year extension to which they seem to be entitled.
I calculated how long the patent extension Zytiga would get, they would not get the maximum 5 years extension simply because they got to market really fast since IND. Based on IND Dec2005, NDA Dec2010, Approval Apr2011, they would get no more than 2 years and 10 months extension from original Feb2014 expiration date, thus shortly after NCE exclusivity ends in 2016, which is consistent with what I read on expected generic competition for Zytiga.
