I apologize for not being able to respond substantively, but these documents and terms confuse the &*%*%*&% out of me. I am sure that I could figure it out if I was working on the case, but it does not come easily to me. (My focus is environmental, health, and administrative issues, which many lawyers find confusing, but I find crystal clear.) I guess we all have our affinities, and corporate finance is not mine.

I'm wondering if PCFG shareholders should think about engaging in class action now.
