Wrong...it states 500mil to 1billion, not 50m to 1 billion...read it again and think about it carefully. The answers are right there in the filing.

Read the filing it is 500 million to 1 billion. It would change prior to any RS. Then if they RS gets approved then it would follow later as they all do. They always warn you well before any RS so everyone has time to understand the time frame in which their shares would be converting and changed. I suggest everyone do more DD and learn how these work. That is why people were giving away WGAS shares on Friday for nothing. The only facts being posted here are by a couple of us. If and only if they get approval for a RS the AS after would be 100 million shares!!!
