to approve an amendment to our articles of incorporation to effect a one-for-ten reverse split of our common stock, and (v) to approve an amendment to our articles of incorporation to increase our authorized shares of common stock from 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000

Not just a r/s or increase to a/s BUT BOTH!

Maybe they think they are not paying themselves enough or giving themselves enough stock lol. just look how much stock options they have awarded themselves over the last two years.

There is no questions about the greed and disregard for shareholders here.

Today We lost most of gain from yesterday.
Even if there could be some bump from
another p.r soon, it will be sold off quickly
for those who could not get out today.

Maybe a lot of posters who sound positive
today could be those trying to get out next
bump.

As long as R/S and A/S are still on the table,
People will sell off any chance they get IMO

Record volume and we still finished above yesterday's open. I do think this is important to note. Interest in the stock is up considerably.
