but as long as we understand the difference between a reverse merger and an aquistion...
cause a reverse merger is where someone aquires at least 90 percent of all the shares o/s so they can now have their own public vehicle to do whatever they want with and one is where they have to make a huge payment to aquire someone elses assets...

i need to go back and see which one is suppose to be the course...case a r/m means that megas will be stepping down as c.e.o in exchange for about 200k dollars worht of cash and stock....

now in reverse merger when you aquire a shell,what do you thing is one of the first actions of the aquiring company...

i wont speculate,that is fact...the answer i was going to type,so the question for shareholders is he aquiring or is a reverse merger coming in..
