anyone who reverses into the entity there shares are restricted for one year by law and in the penny market that is an eternity,so there has to be a cash incentive up front....
dont know if even the 2 million dollars he asked for would be enough for a 60 million dollar company..

hopefully, he will do what is RIGHT for all the shareholders, not those just with legitimate certs. Aren't we ALL REAL SHAREHOLDERS if our trades cleared our brokers?
