I really thought you meant that Obama's accomplishment was eliminating the pre-existing conditions of a Bush administration.

Now I get it. I thought he was being snarky.

So he should have typed--"Eliminating the insurance companies' ability to deny health coverage due to pre-existing conditions".

Sorry.... I really am not lying. Thought it was a sarcastic catch all...eliminating pre-existing conditions.
