I believe the deal is all but done, only hurdle is maintaining the SDVOSB. I am sure they would have preferred to announce completion of the deal but when they couldn't they opted to give a status update. The PR today says in effect that the two companies are ready to sign on the dotted line, just need to make sure the merger structure doesn't make them loose their certification and have to go through the certification process again. I know it's highly irregular for there to be delays when dealing with government agencies but it does happen. It also says in effect that we are working together in a mutually beneficial way and will be moving forward even while the SDVOSB details are worked out.
