This is Great! This means the merger is happening!! Frank is COB now. Trillacorpe does much secret gov work and there is always extra in finaling that. What they are saying is that even in this last bit of paperwork they are merging and they will, as a backup, setup joint ventures to allow the partnership to start benefitting from eachother while the last paperwork is done.
This tells me they have thought about all of this and have a plans and most importantly are SERIOUS about it moving forward fast and with success.
I love this and ups the credibility with me of EEDG and their full team.
It's great that EEDG and TRILLACORP will work side by side, joint ventures and the like but my suggestion is that Frank C. just reduce his ownership in Trill. ten percent so the disabled vets et al control 51% and then THE MERGER WILL GO THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY. Since Frank C. is now the CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF EEDG, my suggestion leads to the best scenario for both companies. IMO.
