It means that; I have not seen alerts by paid promotional sites to hype the price and dump..

and that information is just junk that many sites use to gather subscribers, who may think their site will make em some money by following and or joining em, or just giving em your e-mail address so they can sell it to other BS promoters.. And then spam the holy crap out of your in-box! LOL
