***XOI & OIH, XOI lagging behind the OIH today which set a new all-time record high close... I would say XOM, the largest component of the XOI is to blame for this as it was only up +0.15% today...

Meanwhile, the OIH has a pretty lil' hammer leading into the last trading session of the week...
