Lots of pretty colors thanks! The top part is worthless. The chart though (on the bottom) is worthwhile. From RI to the end are the states that benefit from the Federal Government.
On a side note..DC is the extreme...also ultra liberal. Wouldn't you think that with all that money flowing into DC they'd have better schools and less poverty? Strange....
