Just got the real Chapter 11 story, and you are correct.
Mike Ciarlone was fired for misappropriation of funds.
AFTER he was fired he tried to put the co. in Chapter 11 to hide his misdeed. Chapter 11 is currently stayed and will be dismissed when judge returns from vacation. 10 Q for 2nd qtr will be out in 2 weeks.
