I have had 7660 shares of this stock for about a week. I watch it all day try to break through 19.'s retreating down to the ex dividend value of 18.90

Seen it recover from 18.75 and get played.

Is what is going on an accumulation by large hands?
Getting shares from loose hands from the herd?

Moderate volume, is this quiet buying?
Since it doesn't appear that institutions are leaving on large sells, I can only guess it is quiet buying and will pop.....

Could be wrong but why would this be quiet selling out by large hands?

Am I right? Is this accumulation for a base to take off?
The longer this holds the more I am getting around to selling at even before the drive down and the push back up.

Should I be worried? What gives here?
