The Azurite mine is not at issue, the Gold star claim is.
The ground in question been hashed over like a cheap diner, the Skull Valley/Copper Basin area has had "boots on the ground" for more years than deserving. A few "high grader" miners have recovered a few hundred ounces, nothing of a size warranting a few Million Dollar investment for rolling equipment, separators, and the odd required equipment to recover a few ounces of Au.
I personally have been involved with this area for 10-15 years and know it well enough, along with AZLD. The department, though un-opinionated, will look at the GS claim with a certain skepticism.
