Again, the O/S has been 2.25B since June 30th (at the latest...could be longer than 2 months...just going by filings)

yeah Brian has said "share buyback before" and just sold shares.

Its hard to trust a guy like him as (if you look at my past posts) blatently lied to me via direct email about distribution in Phoenix Az......which is the reason I bought more.

I see this being like MSLP, where they press release 400 plus dicks sporting goods stores but it cant get out of the penny (.015) range. Why???????? BECAUSE OF THE SHARE STRUCTURE.

Look at the back page of the fins they just released. 2.2B OS was reported in the previous qtr, when they issued about 600M more. The qtr released only 750k issued, a substantial change from 2 previous qtrs, indicating dilution may be over.

Lol! This has been discussed adnauseam. But for correct info:

Go to www.otcmarkets.com, type in BBDA in the search bar, then on the left side of screen click the "company info" tab. You will then see at the bottom right of screen the most current share structure, market value, etc.
