Only LOI rejection I am aware of is from Canco. Don't remember seeing anything from Ken informing investors. Must be making this stuff up.

eiddle .... These kind of LOI is so common,
many companies get one a day almost.
If Ken tries to inform the shareholders about every LOI that he gets, he will be busy all year long.
Shareholders should not let these LOI's bother them,
LOI are sometimes just some nonsense from all kind of people or CEO's.
Not worth the stress over them.
