B402 .... Most companies change plans in the
middle of the process all the time, nothing strange about that.
That's why most proposals or plans carry the "DISCLOSURE STATEMENT" at the bottom of the documents.
Ken did the right thing by changing the cut-off date for the spin-off.
He made loyal shareholders very happy,
and eliminated the toxic hands at the same time.
Great move.
