They were sold to a different financier which will likely be revealed in a later complaint, as they sold Billions of shares immediately to someone who immediately dumped them on the market from April 2010 to March 2011. Do not go by the numbers posted on the OTC Marketplace, they are not correct by a long shot, this OS is likely near 10 billion shares.
