The SEC has not filed a "lawsuit" against TJM, they filed a complaint. the final disposition of such a complaint does not result in any benefit for any shareholders. That would have to be done through an actual civil case and good luck on that.
The information being compiled is for the benefit of knowing what happened to those securities involved. Many are clueless as to the how the Toxic Financing impacts these so called "investments" and why they almost always result in these spectacular failures like BEHL.
