Actually, no, you didn't. If you were still seeing a GWBU banner it is only because you needed to dump your cache, because the GWBU banner has actually been off the webpage for a few weeks & your computer was just using a cached image to load the page faster for you due to your settings. The only reason that you likely noticed a difference when it did change is because the file that used to be GWBU was replaced with this banner & the name of the file remained exactly the same as what had been the GWBU image.
Some folks were going to the site after the banner went up & still couldn't see it because they were looking at a cached image of the page without it. Once they dumped their caches there it was.
